Refund policy

Exchanges & Refunds process:

1. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or receive a full refund.

2. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

3. Labels, tags, and instructions must remain as originally attached.

4. You must present the relevant purchase invoice.

5. Underwear and lingerie (bras & panties) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. All returns are accepted only at brand-designated stores available at all major malls within the State of Kuwait. Store locations can be found on our website or by calling customer service for further information.

7. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If paid by cash, the cash refund will be given in person at any of our designated stores upon return. Non-cash payments may take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

Cancellation:

1. If you wish to cancel your order, you may call our Customer Service at +965 69612272 during working hours or email online@dagher-hinnawi.com.

2. If you wish to cancel during non-working hours, please send a WhatsApp to the same number +965 69612272 , and customer service will contact you during working hours to fill out the cancellation form.
