Exchanges & Refunds process:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or receive your full refund for the return.
- Items must be un used and in their original conditions.
- Labels/tags/instructions must remain as originally attached.
- You have to present the relevant purchase invoice.
- Underwear, lingerie (bras & panties) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All returns are accepted only at the brand designated stores available at all major malls within the State of Kuwait. Store locations can be found on our website or call customer service for further information.
- The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. In case paid by cash, the cash refund will be given in person at any of our designated stores upon return. None cash made payment with a refund may take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

- In case you wish to cancel during none working hours, please send a WhatsApp. To the same number and customer service will contact during working hours in order to fill out the cancellation form.
