Delivery, Exchange & Refunds Policy

Dear Customer, We at labesny believe that customer service is the cornerstone of our business. We do our best to insure that you will receive our full attention while shopping with us. Our return policy is very transparent and simple. Exchanges & Refunds process:

  1. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange or receive your full refund for the return.
  2. Items must be un used and in their original conditions.
  3. Labels/tags/instructions must remain as originally attached.
  4. You have to present the relevant purchase invoice. 
  5. Underwear, lingerie (bras & panties) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  6. All returns are accepted only at the brand designated stores available at all major malls within the State of Kuwait.  Store locations can be found on our website or call customer service for further informations..
  7. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.  In case paid by cash, the cash refund will be given in person at any of our designated stores upon return.  None cash made payment with a refund may take up to 7 working days to reach your account.

Cancellation:

  1. If you wish to cancel your order, you may call our Customer Services: +965 69612272 or +965 22614216 during working hours or email tolabesny@dagher-hinnawi.com. 
  2. In case you wish to cancel during none working hours, please send a whatsapp. To the same number and customer service will contact during working hours in order to fill out the cancellation form.

Delivery Policy:

  1. Orders delivered within 5 – 7 working days.

2.Upon delivery the recepient will be requested to sign on the delivery invoices.

  1. Free of charge delivery within the State of Kuwait.

Sanitary Measures for COVID-19 :

In light of COVID-19, we are taking extensive precautions to ensure the safety of our customers & employees. The precautionary measures include:

  1.  Implementing measures recommended by World Health Organizations & Kuwait Government.
  2.  Daily sanitization of our warehousing and distribution facilities.
  3.  All products are fully sanitized while handled with protective gloves.
  4.  Our delivery vehicles are fully sanitized inside and out in an intensive daily process.
  5.  Daily check of staff and drivers temperature.
  6.  Drivers are equipped with disinfectants, face masks, protective gloves and protective clothing.
  7.  Drivers are trained to keep at least 1 meter distance between them and clients when making the deliveries.
